Margarita Reynolds graduates from PHCC

Margarita Reynolds, of Axton, was among more than 450 students who graduated from Patrick Henry Community College in Martinsville during commencement on May 17. Reynolds graduated magna cum ladue with a(n) associate of applied science in Medical Office.

Students who graduated with honors were recognized: 3.2 cum laude (with honor); 3.5 magna cum laude (with high honor) and 3.8 summa cum laude (with highest honor).

Dr. Annie Wimbish, a senior associate at the Schlechty Center for Leadership and School Reform in Vernon Hill, Va., served as keynote speaker.
