Mary Mason Graduates from PHCC

Mary Mason of Bassett, VA was among more than 600 students who graduated from Patrick Henry Community College in Martinsville during Commencement May 11. Mason graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Associate of Applied Science in Medical Office.

Students who graduated with honors were recognized: 3.2 cum laude (with honor); 3.5 magna cum laude (with high honor) and 3.8 summa cum laude (with highest honor).

Dr. Angeline Godwin was the keynote speaker. She is the new president of PHCC and will celebrate her one year anniversary on July 1.
